With Underworld I’m feeling The Punisher mixed with Cap’s super soldier serum. Intriguing that his memory is peak too. Adamantium is so rare I bet Jack collects the bullets back after using them. Awesome video Sage. The best in business highlighting interesting and less known characters.

Jack Dio AKA Underworld. a Brutal Criminal with enhanced strength and durability from a gaseous injection of a Super Soldier serum known as SSS.2. he possesses hand-to-hand combat, skilled marksmanship with weapons such as guns equipped with adamantium bullets. He would go on to have encounters with heroes like the Punisher, and Spider-Man while working for the Kingpin as an Assassin. He would be a formidable enemy to DareDevil.
