I liked this interviewer. She showed true interest. Interestingly, as she asked Shirley what was on her bucket list I was just thinking about my bucket list... and one of the things I would like is to meet with Shirley MacLaine and have a good visit conversing on spiritual thoughts. I'm not one to follow stars but I would find Shirley interesting to talk with. She captivated me when I first saw her movie, Out on a Limb, back in the mid-'80s. She was ahead of the times and a trailblazer.

the human "imagination" is not some random etch a sketch, but rather a guidance system from which to make accurate observations. The problem as to why many people can't remember past lives or see the future is because of a polarized mindset, often brought on by lifelong expose to polarizing things like religion/politics. Then there are the material desires that also keep the mind occupied, with thoughts centered on luxury, meals, sex, etc. So the key to establishing the mind to be able to use consciousness powers is the opposite of polarized or a neutral mindset. Just like the radius of a circle is your best viewpoint to see all sides of the structure, not being stuck to the walls of the right or the left politic, for example, allows for a MUCH larger view... and once a person is practicing neutrality by being open minded, never stuck in anything, as well as not falling on dishonesty, the imagination can be used to take historical facts and other clues to actually see past lives and what a person did that can be improved upon today....

Funnily enough, I always saw Shirley as like a ranger. The ones who live in an animal preserve and rescue animals and look after them, and then has, like, a cowboy boyfriend. :)
