because they are too busy keeping civilisation running and the world population growing such that illeterate people who dont care how the world works or how modern life is even possible can continue complaining

Can we also devise a way to prevent glaciers and ice from slipping down mountainsides or sliding into the oceans. Tsunami warning system...that kind of thing. Just in case the whole refreezing thing doesn't work.
