Judgement day is rather on you. Are you going to vote to guarantee that free SHS is secure for the next generation? Are you going to put the country in the hands of a former President who previously governed with impunity and now will be free from the shackles of having to go before the people again? Are you going to hand the country to a former President who is bereft of ideas and doing snake oil salesman with 24-hour economy? Are you going to hand over the country to man who transferred Ghana's Bauxite wealth to his own brother a week before he was to leave office and who with his brother fought tooth and nail to keep this illegal transfer in place? So, my friend this election is actually not about the Candidates. Thanks for the show. But Sir, you rush to conclusions too quickly. Your total and unshakable believe in Bright's presentation was too obvious and disappointing. Sir, if you were open-minded, you wd have noticed a lot of inconsistencies and contradictions in the presentation. One eg. The valuation shd be higher, but then, later, he says that higher valuations tend to deflate soon after they debut as IPO. Look, financial modeling is complex and fraught with barely legal stuff. Anybody who tries to make it seem simple is a fraud

I don't think it is contradictory but rather complementary. Both statements are true. You cannot undervalue gold to the extent that the deal makes it to be and also cannot make the value so high, to the extent it cannot be attained within the next 15 years.

There are a lot of examples to point to to show that the important thing is not the independent valuation of the project before listing although it matters. FaceBook debuted in May of 2012 in the US at $38/share. By close of day same day, it had reduced to $18, and averaged around $20 for the rest of the year 2012. Now it around $484.03, and no one predicted that. It can never be science. Don't believe anyone speaking with absolute certainty. I wish people will soon see real and present danger these so-called experts and academic elites present to humanity in general.
