This is a good interview. But I'd like to point out that it's important for the interviewer to be in similar lighting as the subject. Here Manisha ji's portions appear to be shot in darker lighting, which is jarring when you compare with Sudha ji's portions.

Trade unions have failed us. Kerala had 100 plus central public sector units. Most of them had perished due to militant trade unionists. And students are leaving the state looking for better pastures. Trade unions should be more active in the unorganised sector than at PSUs where labour gets everything by statutes. Her focus seems to be in the unorganised sector. But you can't ask for lay back wages as she argues for. It's not workable always.
