I love each actor. When actors get criticized playing a controversial role (like Judas, for example) it’s a compliment in a weird way. The viewer doesn’t see the actor anymore. So, Luke Dimyan, you’re to be commended for portraying Judas so well!

been seeing this phrase more and more "One Nation Under God" -- came across fine art painter Jon McNaughton who has a nice painting with the same name and Pastor Julie Green has a 2023 patriotic article with same phrase as the title and Pastor Allen Jackson has a youtube on it. Many are watching season 1-4 at this time and doing The Chosen bible study on season 4 starting this Fall and looking forward to Season 5

As I type this they just put news alert that there was a shooting at a Georgia High School father be with everyone involved in this horrific shooting there r injuries but we do not know yet who & how many father this world is getting so bad so sad that parents can’t send their kids to school to learn without FEAR they have to grow up so fast now & even elementary school children knowing what to do if there is a shooter please father come soon to save us!! Honestly, I always had a bit of sympathy for Judas. I mean, what he did was wrong, but in order for prophecy to be fulfilled, Christ had to be betrayed. Only somebody within a person's circle can be guilty of betrayal, so it had to be one of the disciples. So, yeah, a bit of sympathy for the position prophecy placed him in.

They are portraying a different Jesus. This is not the Lord of the Bible. Do not be deceived and do not watch. Most of these are done by mystic Catholics or Mormons. They serve another Jesus and another gospel and so another spirit.

There was unwarranted criticism about Mormonism ONLY because their first set was rented from the Mormon Church. They have used a round table discussion with an evangelical, a Catholic and a Messianic Jew in order to be as true to the Bible as possible. They encourage Bible reading! I have read through the Bible yearly for over 30 years, and the ONLY thing that made me question was giving the name of Veronica to the woman who touched His garment and was healed, and using the name Salome for the dancer who asked for the head of John the Baptist. The Bible illustrates Jesus based on His purpose here on earth and the happenings around that. Very little is said about His day to day personality, for want of a better word. God gave us humor, so why wouldn’t Jesus display that at times? Fully God and fully human…hard to depict! FYI, the name of the dancer isn’t given in the Bible, but Salome is mentioned in other, non-Biblical writings and in tradition.
