Work with other Arab countries for containment. The Houthies have had a negative impact on their trade and in the case of KSA, been in direct conflict to include missiles fired into Riyadh. Just like with NATO, the west (USA) has supported your growth in defense capabilities, now use it to deal with Iran.

Consider that - even though they probably are tied to Iran - they may just be doing this as a dumb form of protest (attacking civilian ships) against what's happening in Gaza. Like when college students lie down on a highway to protest police shootings, global warming, capitalism. Yelling at the student union ain't gonna do nothing. Likewise solely blaming only Iran is just a little bit done deaf, when these countries see people looking like them in Gaza, desperate for aid, while they get bombed left and right. Consider the obvious before you consider the covert.
