No. Just because it's not quick and painless for you or the nominees. Isn't a reason to up end the process. It is not intended to be easy. Or fun. or efficient. It's intended to ensure a person's willingness and readiness to serve in an administration and to allow sitting members of the government to show how they feel about the apparent nominee. For better or worse. The entire thing is for them to say, "Hey I don't like this guy. Just so you know. I will be an asshole to him. If isn't ready for that. Maybe get a different person for the job."

No one cares if they like the nominees we don't want them to be best friends we just want people to do their job and execute the will of the people and keep our country safe and prosperous. If there is no legitimate concerns on wether or not the nominees can do their job then there should be no delay

So if there are no legitimate concerns over a confirmation, like there are none with most of the nominees, then there should be no delay in the vote for confirming them to their positions so that they can get to work. Some senators are dragging their feet on purpose, on both sides.
