18 ਸਾਲਾਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਕੈਨੇਡਾ ਮੂਲ ਦੀ ਵਸਨੀਕ ਅਤੇ ਮਿੱਠੂ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਦੀ ਮਰਹੂਮ ਪਤਨੀ ਜੱਸੀ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਆਂ ਮਿਲਿਆ। ਜੂਨ 2000 'ਚ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋਏ ਇਸ ਕਤਲ ਕੇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੁੱਖ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਜੱਸੀ ਦੀ ਮਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਮਾਮੇ ਸਮੇਤ 11 ਖਿਲਾਫ ਕੇਸ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਜੱਸੀ ਦੇ ਕਾਤਲ ਉਸਦੀ ਮਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਮਾਮੇ ਨੂੰ ਉਮਰ ਕੈਦ ਦੀ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਸੁਣਾਈ ਗਈ।

BENEFIT OF DOUBT - spotlight on DARSHAN SINGH - ESCAPE FROM JUSTICE DARSHAN SINGH the ‘Kurham’ of SURJIT BADESHA is culprit in chief in ‘ JESSI MURDER’ He is fulcrum, hitch pin in executing Jessi’s Murder. DARSHAN SINGH was arrested on 22 . 6. 2000. Convicted to LIFE IMPRISONMENT on Oct.21, 2005 by Sangrur Trial court. His life imprisonment was confirmed by HC on Feb.15,2008. But he escaped from justice. On April 16, 2015 The SC acquitted DARSHAN SINGH, gave him BENEFIT OF DOUBT on the ground that the phone from where Phone calls were made is listed in his brother’s name ANY BODY ELSE can use that phone. Very funny ruling ! 174 calls to Surjit Singh Badesha & Malkiat Kaur in four (4) days . 147 to Surjit Badesha alone, Some calls more than three (3) hours long. WHO ELSE can make so many calls and WHY? Was Darshan Singh’s daughter communicating with her father in law Surjit Badesha? Who paid the bill? These questions must have been answered. But in India JUDGMENTS are sold. SC judges are not answerable. Darshan Singh was arrested on June 22, 2000. AND CALLS SUDDENLY STOPPED. There is absolutely NO DOUBT that Phone calls were made by DARSHAN SINGH. The SC did GRAVE ERROR in giving him BENEFIT OF DOUBT & ACQUITTING HIM. He escaped from Justice Some of SC decisions are wrong & some AWFULLY WRONG. Said one of top SC lawyer Ram Jethmalani. This decision was AWFULLY WRONG. While serving Life imprisonment The passport was issued to DARSHAN SINGH on the verification & recommendation of Punjab Police and in 2008 he JUMPED BAIL and escaped to Canada as immigrant . When chased by 'Fifth estate" TV channel he went under ground.
