I lived in Tulsa off and on, and after my divorce, I was there over two years on the east side, and always shootings and other horrible things that happened at the apartment I lived at!!! Not safe anywhere there! Where are they getting these lousy cops 👮‍♂️ at? If u do ur job right, maybe she could of been saved!!! RIP Sweetheart!!

Thought: anyone notice this is all happening on native territory? 🤔 could the natives be restless? They have not been happy with their lands being taken away for a very long time.
