I was present and doing my walking at that park when this argument happened. NewsTamil 24X7 report has lot of lies. The police never got irritated. When the couple pointed out the law that allows dogs on the park, the police aked the couple to produce the proof and left the scene. The couple was not asked to tender apology, neither did they give an apology. In fact , it was the security person who started this issue by passing bad and insulting remarks against the lady.

Thank you for this comment and for voicing out the truth. The couple in the video are my parents. It is very hurtful to see all these hate filled comments, some even very vulgar, and the fact that this news channel and media would not only video record them for their own gains, but also fabricate lies in order to sensationalise their news for their own agenda, with no regards on how this would impact individuals and the family. It is quite frankly very insensitive and is nothing short of harassment. I am grateful to individuals for taking the time to voice out the truth.

I have two rescue dogs whom no one adopted & another in a private boarding waiting for adoption. I have other pets at home & some are rescued. It no way justifies bringing one's canine friends into public places where it is not allowed. I have experiences of other dog parents being irresponsibly arrogant in bringing their dogs to urinate & defeacate right at my house entrance which will lead to other dogs also urinate & defaecate. I put an end to it by telling them that I will take my dog just like them to urinate & defaecate in front of their flat entrance. Already there are less homes for the dogs due to flat system. As a rescue worker active in adoption of street dogs, abandoned breed dogs I find it difficult to get homes for these babies, adding up to the trouble is people's ignorance of the happiness these God's angels bring into our life as they have never interacted with dogs while growing up because of flats. As pet parents our actions should be to dispel rhe public fear & create interest in these dogs & not vice versa.

I have 2 dogs, a cat & sone more rescued animals & I find the pets owners being arrogant in letting their pets pooping & urinating right at my house entrance. This kind of behaviour by pet parents cause more negative opinions about dogs & the pet parents in the minds of people who never had any chance to interact with these wonderful dogs due to growing up in flat system.
