Hilarious about your different experiences with paragliding -- Reminded me of when Andy and I went skydiving. I was totally Howard and enjoying a nice, calm look at the area once our parachute opened so I asked the skydiver strapped to me, "Which one is Andy?" as we peered at the other gliders below us. "That one," he said and pointed to -- go figure -- the skydiver literally whipping around in circle after circle. Made us chuckle. Love the idea of doing a recap! You've definitely put Mexico in a bright light xoxo L (and Andy)

Those waterfalls - took my breath away. Then on came the butterflies. I've seen the movie and if you haven't, do look it up. What a story. I've got goosebumps now seeing your film footage. I do hope the extra tourist attendance won't affect the natural process of the Monarch butterfly. I'm not sure I'd dare paragliding but it certainly looks awesome. Not having seen all the videos ( I haven't been a sub for long) I'll definitely be catching up on the episodes I've missed. Fantastic experiences which will no doubt be there for a lifetime. Hi there! Thanks so much for watching. For us, this size is great and we were still able to get to a lot of really awesome spots. I can definitely see the draw for something smaller, but since we both work full-time from the road, plus with 3 pups, I don't think we're ready to downsize yet. Depending on what time of year and location you go to, no AC might not be a problem. But we definitely needed it out in the jungle areas and once we headed out towards the Yucatan. Glad to hear you had a good experience in Mexico and good experience with the police .There are many good police officers ,but at the same time there are also some corrupt ones. You were not selling or disrupting the flow of Drugs therefore you were not a target for the cartels .However there are gangs in Mexico that commit crimes such as kidnappings for ransom ,these gangs have nothing to do with the cartels ,cartels are interested in bigger fish .These gangs are just thugs looking for easy opportunities ,so some areas of Mexico you have to be careful driving at night .You don't have to worry much in tourist areas because the thugs know that the police is out there.I'm talking more or less like in the middle of a small town ,but it can happen anywhere.

Wow, so glad you found us, Khiem, and great questions! We have a diesel generator, so can run the A/C very efficiently (.3 gallons per hour), and a Maxair fan with thermostat controls. We set the fan to automatically open if the temperature rises above a predetermined amount (as if the A/C cut off for whatever reason), and then an Arlo baby monitor that sends push notifications to our phone if the temp is still rising even with the fan exhausting the air. Gives us peace of mind to hurry home and fix whatever is going on with the climate control, and also stores video to the cloud in real time for security purposes. Not a bad setup! If not google maps? What do you recommend other then reading the signs. Did the Rv roof ever leak again? Or was it just the 60mph side ways driving winds?

We loved our time in Mexico, and I think it shows! Thankfully, not in damage to the RV 😂 As Luyz suggested, we might try Waze, but the biggest issue is the lack of a solid RV/Truck GPS to keep from routing us into tunnels and such that we can't fit. We'll keep on looking, but definitely open to suggestions. With the roof, no more leaks! It seems like it was the tropical storm winds pushing the water under the seals, but it hasn't happened since, even while driving in rain. Fingers crossed it was a fluke, but we're still going to have the skylight resealed on the outside just in case... - Howard
