Hello from Australia. New subscriber here - I just found you this morning via The Dodo feature video of you finding beautiful Scout. I'm so pleased you decided to share your lives with her. She is blessed to have found you that day on the beach. I would suggest taking your other pups with you when you take Scout out. Abandonment issues could be the underlying cause of her not enjoying her walks. Let the girls show her that it's a fun experience for the whole family. She is obviously very bonded with you. It's beautiful to see.

Thank you, Suzanne, for both the advice and joining us for the journey! We do take all the pups together outside, recently she has started protesting going back inside (as if she's saying "I want to keep playing outside!"). We're trying to put that to rest, one step at a time! -Howard

@@NewstateNomads , I had a pup like that. I put 2 wash cloths in her bed, one that I rubbed on my arms, legs and hair. My husband did the same thing to his dry wash cloth. Great question! We were visiting Mexico on a 6 month tourist visa. At the time, they were not easily granting extensions, so we had to return back to the USA for at least long enough to get a new tourist visa.
