Apex - KDA leaders seems had done nothing preparing a concrete technical and legal aspects to have a blue print to be submitted to MHA. Sometime they say Arunachal pradesh model is good sometimes Sikkim model. Thanks to bright gazetted aspirants and Ladakh Scholar Groups for preparing such an extensive blue print. HPC committee should include representatives from Gazetted aspirants and Ladakh scholar group. Also retired IAS officers from Ladakh should be part of HPC. Current HPC composition is purely political and religious in nature. One experienced legal fraternity from Leh and Kargil should also be part of HPC for Dec 3 talks with MHA. 3rd December talk should be completely focused on PSC, Recruitment of gazetted, non gazetted and reservations only. A series of discussions should be organized in November just for above most important agenda only to have a concrete final draft for 3 Rd Dec talks.

also rule should be discussed for new post creations in 3rd December meeting as already existing posts are less in many departments as per requirement and in current ut without legislature there is no power or rule to create new posts so it's almost impossible its very important to point to be discussed especially as new districts will form it will become a bottle neck and big problem this must be urgently looked into by IAS retired officers and aspirants and service rules experts

Firstly who you are and what you have done to ask questions..Apex Body have done it's draft proposal and submitted to MHA on FEb 2024 .don't you have seen the draft proposal by Apex Body..I think you are not concerned about the gazetted issues coz if you are concerned than you had read our Apex Body Proposal..Apex Is non political and whatever you say people accepted Apex As a Non Political..You should thanks Apex Body just like gazetted aspirants because Apex Body are the one who stayed and supported the demands of Youths of ladakh just because of Apex Body still the youths hope for a suitable cadre and PSC For ladakh ..otherwise the BJP run Government have imposed the domicile based on J&k model ..Be aware otherwise your paragraph will not work to divide the people of ladakh..if you have a valid point than say ..if you have any concern make a video by yourself saying Apex is a political and they have not done anything till now😀

I didn't have idea that it was because of the organisation effort which halted the recruitment process of UOL.
