Pak was and is right on kargil. Earlier it said it is terrorists and now army involved. Actually terrorist and army are same words in pak. Both do almost same job.

Headley received training at LeT Terror camp PTI Washington, 19 March: Pakistani American David Coleman Headley had participated in Terror camps being run by LeT in Pakistan despite promises by the then President Pervez Musharraf in 2002 to the Bush Administration that all such facilities will be shut down. Headley, a LeT operative arrested in October 2009 by FBI, had attend five such training camps run abated by the Terror outfit between 2002-03, according to a Headley's plea agreement document which was submitted by US Attorney, Mr Patrick J FitzGerald before a Chicago court yesterday. He attended a three week course starting in February 2002 that provide indoctrination on the merits of waging Jihad, next he participated in a three week course starting in August 2002 to get training in the use of weapons and grenades. "After losing all the wars, asked the ambassador, why they---the pygmies in uniform---couldn't come to their senses? If there is no accountability for failures, isn't it obvious that failures are going to multiply. In 1965, they were wasting their energies with imported weapons to settle old scores with India. No thoughts were given just as no thoughts were entertained at the feasibility of Pakistan as a state. No clue that within the span of five years, the country was about to be dismembered. War was lost and of course no accountability. Commission report had to be suppressed. Should anybody dare to wonder the wisdom of picking an army chief with fondness for Black Dog and Johnny Walker along with few obese women to wrestle with? On the border in India, millions were taking refuge. What was taking place was out of the ordinary. It's impossible to mention the nature of suffering----a fact people of Pakistan rather not face. Within a year or two, everybody forgot what took place in Bangladesh war. The hanged prime minister brought all the Muslim leaders in Lahore and all became well and smooth.
