Only good thing about Newton is it's choke ability against maulers. Team mate would pick him up, then I could actually deal damage do to mauler not being able to dash while lifted.

Newton literally cost me over $150 cause my drop rate % for it was so horrible. I got about 15 if the pilots, maybe 10 Fulgar and only 1 Tonans. Bought another 50 data pads (Newton was when titans were with Robots in the purple data pads) and finally got thr titan and 1 second Tonans. Enjoyed about 3 weeks of pure destruction and completely destroying everything and than meant its end at the hand of its creators.

Incredible that exactly year ago, Newtons cycle was coming to an end via Eiffel and nerfs. Hadn't the Newton been so badly nerfed, the Eiffel wouldn't have been that dominant until late Sommer 2024. True, the game would be unplayable for most of the folks, as is it now with Dux/Mauler. This game is simply annoying - or boring if you paid to state relevant in matches.

Biggest downfall for a titan for sure, wouldn't last a clip against a mauler with acid shotguns though fire power is pretty good, very low hp and defense points, only role it could serve is be a support or sniper plus normal robots can easily take the newton down since its hitbox is quite wide and it has no other defense to protect itself, the bersaglier at least can use stealth to save it self but the newton is easy picking if a tanky titan or titan salyer robot targets it, but the most painful nerf was the kid and tier 1 robots since you only have one path when it comes to modules making builds very limiting.

Tonans and Fulgur Newton build might surpass the Corrosion conversion when the mauler dashes because extra damage to titans.

You have wrong build on Newton, use flames or acid shotgun in Newton, use attack modul with QR, use durability skill, and you could smoke everything using Newton except maybe Mauler...

Newton was and still is such an interesting concept and design, despite how annoying it was in its time. There were many suggestions for nerfing it in a way that made it even more interesting yet less OP: * It should become fragile (maybe by losing all defense points, which used to be a lot) when it opens itself up to lift someone. * It should be possible to escape Choke not only by dashing (which isn't even an option now) but also by phase shifting. * Dedicated immunity period for Choke effect. * Lock-on time for the lifting effect. * It should first have to hit targets with its built-in railgun to allow Choke later. * Attempting to Choke targets with more HP than itself should cause the Newton to simply accumulate Slow effect on the target AND itself. But yea Pix went the easy route and just ruined it to move on with selling the next meta, because the spending audience doesn't really care for better balance and more interesting battles, just feeling powerful.

Hi Predator - Fan of yours - in low champs & running newton like since forever… perhaps suggest 2 x vendicators , 2 x dazzlers. Newton is still relevant even in the META… it’s an excellent disruptor and you can control a match as a coordinator for assualts and create opportunity with its anti gravity ability - my IGN : RICODK

For the first game, technically after you fully started controlling the titan, it doesn't exactly look like the legs of the Newton are showing "running" momentum, it looks a bit like "jogging" but under a quarter close to "running." It's just what I could see, regardless it's my opinion and it doesn't really matter. Im open for thoughts.😅😅

Buff won't help it. It's a sniper titan totally dependent on weapons, extra speed or hp won't make much difference. If Vendicatore had a beta version then Newton might had been slightly more viable.

Not sure why you always showcase titans out of their element. Like trying to use it as a brawler on the most congested Shenzen map in game with seriously nerfed ranged tonans, you could of tried it brawling range with anguisher ruiner but you didn't. You did the same thing by chosing to run minos and luchador with defense path instead of their respective brawler modules. I use 2 ue gendarme and 2 lantern. And newton was taking out pre nerfed condors. To deal with dux you need battlefield awareness.

It’s a really stupid vid! Some of the players mentioned it. Newton and his weapons were in addition nerfed by more than 85% about a year ago! Then came INTEL, the automatic stealing money and or time - nerfing system and did the rest, Haha! How many tries for a match did it take you, not to face a Bersagliere, Mauler or Dux? The stealing old modules and forcing into again paying for modules doesn’t change anything. It’s more worse than before! One ore two enemy titans will have a fully level Onslaugt and Antimatter, which will blow you away in seconds. And only if the team with the Newton has two or more Titans, which can concentrate on e.g. a Overpowered Mauler, can take him down
