​@@OBCgenz Delhi is not slum, there are slum areas, that doee not make the entire city slum, yes there are places in east Delhi or north or south west Delhi that are not as developed as central Delhi or new Delhi or south Delhi, Also if you think the scyscrapers are not in Delhi, then youre definitely not a resident, Have you been to dwarka? Connaught Place? Have you been to Central Delhi? Scyscrapers don't define a city's infrastructure but I had to correct you, also those skyscrapers you in Ghaziabad Or Noida or Gurugram, they have those buildings because they are a part of NCR not because they are a part of UP and Haryana, Why is Gautam Budh Nagar District of UP, so ahead of the rest of the districts? And why is Gurugram so ahead than rest of Haryana's districts? You see the pattern? They both are parts of NCR. Isn't that bullet train. That will have a different network across India in a decade or two. Rrts is a different concept. Think of it like this. Short distances inside city : metro longer distances connecting nearby cities: rrts Long distance: bullet trains This is how a complex network will be built of new india.

China kese curve shaped buildings , beautifully designed structure bna rha hai or hum abhi bhi teen ki chhat , or Kali pili Patti wale footpath ko hi international level mante hai . But it's actually ordinary looking structure. Koi khas nhi hai. No doubt RRTS trains ka design awsome hai. But infrastructure abhi bhi lowest level ka hai.
