Went to a GD show here in DC like 5 years ago and happened upon a three generation group attending. Grandad was from Dookie era, son was from American Idiot era, grandson was a new and enthusiastic recruit, touchng. Great show. People forget the importance of rock for young folks, saw my first Who show up front and loud in 1969, age 13. These guys keep up the tradition.

They still sound amazing, I’ve been a fan since 7th grade after I saw them for the first time. Green Day inspired to me to get into music and learn an instrument. They’re still one of my favorite bands. I might not agree with all of their political stances to a degree, but that’s the awesome part of music, creating discussions and unity through it.

Been a fan since Dookie. Finally saw them live in 2022. They’re unbelievably good live and so it doesn’t surprise me they put on a great performance here.

I saw the musical in Berkeley before it went to Broadway then again when it came around to SF off Broadway years later. Both were great.
