@@Dr.Acula76 nope, he absolutely could, and Tré could easily play metal too... I'm solely focusing on the speed and explosiveness of punk drumming compared to the slow groove of metal that Tool does. I mean, Tré literally does more fills in 4 bars than Danny does in a whole song. Now stretch that out over 30 years of performing for both bands... It's obvious to see how playing punk would be more exhausting.

Man Billie sounds great this whole set! I always knew GD was a great band, and they got a lot of shit for becoming as popular as they did, but good songwriting is just good songwriting, those songs were destined to be huge. Glad to see these boys still together and WHAT A RHYTHM SECTION. Those guys rip.

All I could think while watching this live on TV was wow, what an incredible mix… so much that I had to find a re-stream on KZbin. This is one of the best televised rock mixes I’ve heard in a long time, and Mike’s bass mix sounded superb.
