It makes a lot of sense what you both are saying that Joe made mistakes while trying to win during a rebuild. One of his bigger mistakes was not resigning the leaders in the locker room with such a young team.

This is a good FA class for oline and CB, thankfully. I’d love to get Ward at CB, Trey Smith and Russell Wilson. With Hunter at WR or CB it’s a much improved team already.

I get John's point, and it would help us get closer to building a super bowl contender, if Joe was actually good at drafting. But he hasnt been. His first two draft are awful. He doesnt even build the team the right way, He doesnt build int he trenches, he doesnt draft Edge well, he doesnt drafted OL well, thats how you build a good team, So how are we getting closer. He keeps drafting players for different coordinators who arent even going to stay with the team.
