If the police destroyed the pulley mechanism that brought people up and to lower food, how did miners surface from shaft 10 yesterday? The new pulley system was installed only yesterday and the community helper mentioned no people can be brought up due to the pulley not being strong enough (as yet).

shaft 10 doesn't have that pully mechanism. They use the steel beams to climb up.

They are thugs who are trying to feed their families since the government is just good at allowing the unemployment rate to keep on escalating in a province so rich of minerals perhaps, we don't regard thugs that are terrorising and killing community members to be assisted and still continue to roam the street family.. besides its not like the law can't do their part when they resurface since they are still being arrested, they are human sisi in case you don't realise that they have a right to life just like anyone else.. They are sons, fathers and husbands ..
