Condolences to the fallen soldiers families. There's no M23. It's Rwandan troops supported by the EU, France and USA. Remember: Rwanda is a too smallest and poor country in Africa. And it can't survive economically without looting minerals from the DRC. So the WEST using Kagame and other puppets African leaders for the mining in DRC. African union (AU) should wake up and say something.
