I am a fan of Sadhguru, been watching him from a long time but I don't get it! What does he mean by "keep you priority unmoving for 24 hours in guru purnima"? Why doesn't he explain things in a more simple manner? I am just a college student, don't know goddamn about spirituality what am I suppose to do on guru purnima for 24 hours? same goes for shivratri as well, he organize a function to stay awake whole night on mahashivratri, I fast on maha shivratri as I am a shiv devotee but i don't see any gains by waking awake? I don't get it what value does he bring to me when i am listening to him at my home, I got no money to visit his ashram, his inner engineering live sessions are hella expensive, like they literally cost in lakhs just to secure a seat to watch him live. I agree with him in lot of things and he say do this, do that, this will bring huge change, in this video as well he told that everything is in human capacity but why doesn't he give a simple technique to do which can bring "the immense change" he always talks about? what's the point of having these videos and yt channels when you can't tell people straight forward how to do things, why always gatekeep everything in form of word-play?
