@ilham nur febrianto as someone who follow Sora-chan, Sui-chan, AZKI-chan-sama I'll recommend you to give AZKI a listen she's a great singer but no one actually promote her on KZbin.
You know, if it weren't for the Coronavirus, I would have been too busy with exams and school to be able to click on a clip of Suisei talking about how her parents found out about her career as a VTuber... That was my first exposure to hololive and probably the reason I consider myself as one of the Hoshiyomi. Sui-chan for me is a ray of light in the darkness that is the whole pandemic and I can't imagine another world where all this didn't happen and I never became a fan of Sui-chan...

Same here, that was also how I got into Hololive during this pandemic. First that video, and then the clip of Korone winning in Tetris 99 were the two videos that hooked me. It’s amazing how things work out sometimes. Now I stan Suisei, Haato, and Matsuri and it’s kind of surreal being here, but I guess I enjoy it, lol.

From an ambitious dream of being able to work with a popular and an already "big named" music composition group, to making a dream come true and even including the fact that Sui-chan asked a lot to make the song to feel like her. To have an image that this song would somehow represent Sui-chan in a way. NCP is a complete masterpiece all thanks to Sui-chan's sheer will and determination to compose Next Color Planet in her own way. Congratulations for 5 million Views Sui-chan!! You deserve it all! But we don't stop here, there's a lot more to be done Sui-chan!

I remember in a clip Suisei said she got denied for being "jack of all trades" but I don't see this as "just good" singing, she absolutely killed it.
@yuurai4 жыл бұрын
Jack of all trades master of none? Idk exactly why that should be a good reason. It's probably about their criteria which could be looking at what they excel the most and then enhance it to the best it can be. IMO Being a jack of all trades is actually a good thing in alot of cases since she becomes open to learn alot of things easier than others, even if she doesn't fully master those things (a good example is her old live2d she made herself). I am also a JOAT and it has helped me excel on my education and ability to do multiple talents in comparison to alot of my male friends. I understand that it matters for them if you're not specifically good at something, but I'm definitely sure it's atleast better than being a one-trick pony. Also about that stream, was it privated? Or is there any TL of it?

@@yuurai Since there's a lot of idols in Japan, being a jack of all trade is actually a bad thing. After all it's really hard to advertise something which lack a unique appeal and that's why Sui-chan failed to debut as a traditional idol. That's also why being Vtuber also works nicely for Sui-chan. There's less competitor and she has a chance to show off her unique skill that normally hard to show as traditional idol(e.g. tetris or original song) Don't get me wrong. I didn't mean that being JOAT is a bad trait. It's just not useful for agency to advertise.
