One being use by an evil spirit to bring about harm and demise to a defenseless woman on her property. He use a knife and a Bibi gun, which brought about a lot of pain and trauma before her death. Those who allowed him back out on the streets with 20 priors, should be removed from office immediately and replaced with those who will uphold the law of justice for the people and keep dangerous individuals off the streets. I'm sorry for her family's lost and sorry that her life was cut short by a man with a dark heart, instead of going in peace when it was her time to go.

Yes we did let the police know... several times. And they did nothing. This guy was squatting in the house next to her for years...He would stand on his porch for hours on end just staring at everyone with sunglasses on... He was super strange but since he didn't actually commit a crime against anyone in the neighborhood, the police couldn't do anything... Ms. Delores had problems with him for years. But nobody would help.

He would be outside directing traffic. Again the police couldn't do anything but tell him to stop. Everyone talked about him coo coo. he never committed violent attacks against us neighbors.. But I'm not surprised by his record he's a total nut job he should have been off the streets
