Hey man could you please make a video about dealing with bullet points. Like if a question has 7 or 8 facts and you cant really split them in detail. How should we handle this? Thank you so much!

You should check out the AnKing cloze card template that has lots of fields for various other images/notes too!

Usually the next step after finding this trick is to switch from close deletion to 'type in the answer' especially for more memorization based materials like anatomy. The premade fields format for the 'type in the answer' cards doesn't let you add information on the 'back' side for some unknown reason.

Mr Juthani, you have made some really great videos on how to use Anki. These are really helpful. One of the limitations of Anki is that it can't be integrated with note taking apps like Evernote. Could you make a video on that? It would be immensely appreciated. Cheers.

Hi Prerak! I'm a medical student from Montreal and in my school we learn through textbooks (almost no lectures, only around before the exams so we know what small details we must memorize). For pathology for instance, we had to read 30-50 Robbins pathology pages every 3-4 days for 3 weeks then we had about 10 days with no reading and a few lectures. I was wondering if you could do a video about learning through textbooks (should I create my own notes then anki them, should I directly anki the stuff, etc.) Thanks!

is there a way to like condense it into a clickable thing to keep all of those notes hidden, so i dont have to see them, and can click on it to open if i want to? sort of like anking FA and SKetchy portions

So I did this BUT now ANKI states that since my cards now and my previous ones are so different that I have to overwrite one with the other. Basically I have to chose between the edit and my old cards. Can you help on this?

Great content. Are you also using this kind of cards when u are taking screenshots? For example I got a powerpoint from a lecture. The powerpoint is pretty good and I'm just taking screenshots and paste them in my Anki. Or how would you do that? My thought is that screenshots save time instead of typing it all by myself.

I would use the image occlusion add-on. There are some great videos about it, but basically you highlight certain parts of a picture that you want to be hidden from you. kzbin.info/www/bejne/nqq4Y4pti8x1o9k

@@charles9391 thanks for that, I was already thinking about it. But for example: Right now I'm studying pathology. I have a good summary (written by myself), but I would like to study this topic via Anki. So I started to make screenshots from a disease (from my summary), but separated in a few flashcards. One flashcard shows me the definition of the disease, next one epidemiology, next one pathogenesis etc. I think there is too much text to be hidden from me or I'm only going to remember the blank words if you know what I mean. And now I'm looking for a good solution to get the max out of my studying. Because, as we all know, time is flying during exam preparations.

You made it look effortless but it is not. It took me two hours to make flashcards for a lecture that I studied within an hour. 😑
