You have DJ scratch/turn tables that are very cheap. You can film with a good quality mobile phone. A blue back screen is also cheap. Yes you have to invest, but the cost are, if you have a iPhone of good Android phone, not that much. I think 100 dollars/euro? For the lighting it depends on the room where you in!

Nice to see you using this technique! I actually wrote a script about 10-15 years ago for After Effects to automate this whole process, including calculating which video frame to display at any given time for each object, based on its angle relative to the camera. It also set up a control panel to manipulate object orientation and various other parameters. I never ended up doing anything with that tool, but I’ve thought about it many times over the years. Maybe I’ll dig it out and see what I can come up with now!

I would like an explanation of how the bottle looks complete as it rotates around the vertical axis, and I see parts of the bottle that are not present in the picture... Thank you very much.
@KristianBorzy Жыл бұрын
The bottle is a video with removed background where a bottle is rotating. Then it placed to after effects where I create a 3D scene. When you rotate that video it looks flat for sure but when you move the camera in after effects in same direction like you rotate you 2D video then it will look as it would be an 3D object rotating in space. You need to watch the whole video and I’m sure you will understand it. Thanks for watching 😊

great tip about the Y axis but I would just link the rotation and x-1 on the expression so each clip would face every time the camera, no need for rotations on every clip! I did something similar with an apple on my channel but without a rotation like that.

That's a great idea! Thanks for the tip.

@@KristianBorzy no problem! Test it it's easy. Pickwhip the rotation of the subject to the camera rotation and then multiply for -1 so it's something like (camera rotation)x-1
