Almost all Disney-owned content ought to be available on Disney+. Hulu should allow non-Disney content owners to participate in the Disney subsidiary's ownership/capitalization structure. And, Hulu should be offered globally as an add-on to Disney+ for licensed content from third parties. The original idea for Hulu was the right approach. Hulu just needed Disney to be able to assume full operational control of the business.

Disney+ needs to do more to bring library content onto the platform. The Walt Disney Company is just sitting on thousands of titles, and other bits of copyrighted material, that Disney+ members ought to be able to access without having to resort to piracy.

People want real alternatives to KZbin, and the like. Give subscribers an enhanced ability to avoid all of the ads, and give creators a more hospitable platform on which to host content. So much of KZbin is organized around cheaply-made and unprofessional content that is attached to ads. An opportunity exists for The Walt Disney Company to truly foster creativity and imagination and give existing Disney+ members a premium U.G.C. experience that is superior to that offered elsewhere.
