All of your videos are excellent. I am an intermediate level rider. I use a lot of the techniques that you are sharing. Keep them coming

Thanks for the share. I find many of your tips are what I am doing in bootcamp I joined and how it fits together with sledding. At 65 one is never to old to learn new things. lol Will be looking for a few more of your videos. Thanks

The best cardio I was able to get this past winter was from all the times I managed to get stuck at 10-11,000' in elevation. Oh the joys of a 538# (dry wt) 600cc 4 stroke from Doo.....Got to love all 60 hp on a good day...(I wonder how much I really had at 10+k???)

Good advice to get us 50-somethings moving, thinking and ready for snow. Already had last weekend in Bulkley Valley of NW BC to try out the new backcountry skiis which will be coming on the sled this winter. Keep the tips coming, especially the basics of mountain riding and sled setup for correct alignment and body geometry.

This is a great routine. however your squats are not "goblet squats" but more a dead lift. The Goblet squat has you holding the KB up high (in front of your chest, arms tucked and out about an inch from your body) so you actually engage the core. I like bent over rows as well for the 'handlebar" aspect. Great stuff, my trainer approves :D. Have enjoyed watching your vids the past year, definitely stepped up my skills! Keep em coming

Hi Dan a great video on sled fitness thats way over looked. thanks. Most of us arent atheletes but do need a routine and a common sense series of execises that will work.

Glad you enjoyed it. Fitness is by far the most important element to good riding.

Thank you for all the great videos. I will for sure watch this episode a couple of times to pick up some exercises for my training. Take this as constructive feedback, we all have those words that we say a lot and some times to much, you sir use "alright guys" and guys a bit more then usual. Thanks for all great snowmobile driving tips.

Thanks for all these tips, they are helpful Would you be interested in doing a video for beginners? Something to work on learning how to ride, creating good habits. Like a foundation to build on. Your videos are very informative and I thank you.

so happy you made this! im so tired of hearing ‘’ Yeah I’ll be in shape for next year for sure “ from the usual suspects. heck they dont even stretch and they wonder why they cant move after 2 days riding. SMH lol

I’m in probably better shape than I have been this time in previous years but I am apparently still woefully underprepared.
@NextLevelRidingClinics5 жыл бұрын
In some ways we are all a bit underprepared but the main thing is making progress from years past. Keep it up.
