The unaffordable high prices in Vancouver, BC happened *decades* after people from Asian countries started immigrating there in high numbers. Recently, it's people investing from mainland China that's part of the issue. Same in the US. But it's only part of the cause... American investment companies buying up a bunch of housing also contributes.

My sister in law is Vietnamese (naturalized US citizen) and won’t date Asian men because she says they are arrogant. Her Vietnamese aunties in the US only hire Asian workers for home repair and remodels to help them with work but then constantly complain that workmanship is done with shortcuts and not to code and then hire other Asians to fix the problems. My husband (her brother) is the least arrogant partner I’ve known.

Not all white people say I love you all the time and being touchy feely during conversations. lol. That's American. Most Europeans are the opposite! (Unless you're Mediterranean). We hardly ever say I love you, unless it's to a romantic partner. We use banter to tell people we love them. The ruder we get, the more we like you. (Hannah will recognize that). And we like our personal space.

lol its not true that there's less accidents in places with bad roads/poor transportation infrastructure (many countries in South/Southeast asia) There have some of the highest mortality percentages when it comes to traffic accidents. Its a similar story for African countries that lack traffic regulation. It seems more to due with the lack of rules and quality of roads rather than ethnicity
