I watched this video Monday on my way to NCLEX but the 1st question I picked salt which was wrong that made me think I should reschedule my exams I stop the video but later I decided to watch it again 2hrs before exam and guess what the amputation questions was in my exam in a SATA with the options very similar to your multiple choices. When I saw that question I laughed and remembered you I was very happy. I passed with 75 questions and thank you so much you are very helpful.

For the question with cushings and graves. Another lecturer said, the correct answer should be cushings coz they are immunocompromised. So that should take precedence on the insomnia. What is your take on this?

Yes!! That’s what I was thinking. I’d go with cushings to! And I’d argue their immune response is decreased (cortisol is a stress hormone) so if their immune response is low they’re more at risk for infection. I was looking all over the comments section for someone to mention this lol !!

Test-taking skill I learned from this video: If there is a multiple-choice question, and you have no idea what the answer is, choose the two most opposite answers and choose between those. Also, look for three answer choices that are the same and find the oddball out.

Professor D. did you Make these questions up yourself? I see alot of TYPOs. Also can you start providing the rationals in writing because I got all the questions wrong... HOWEVER I was able to get down to 2 possible answers but still chose the wrong one. I feel like for the acceptance question why wouldn't he ask for info about prosthesis. I thought that would be more of an acceptance answer . Meaning he's okay with the amputation and ready to move on! I falied my NCLEX everytime I get a question wrong I get discourage over and OVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The rationale for a private room didn’t make sense. You started off stating private room is for clients who are Immunocompromised. Then switched to say the client w/ graves will talk too much. Patients w/ cushings heal slower. So your rationale was confusing
