Hello I have a question! On the question at 13:21 you said the answer C was wrong because we need an order for it, but on previous videos you have said that if it’s on the question we should assume that we have a order for it. I just want to clarify when should we assume there’s and order for a medication in the answers and when she we know that we need to call the md for an order?
