I appreciate y’all’s reactions of NF so much. You think way outside the box and give me something to think about every reaction. Probably my favorite reactors right now. Thank y’all for what you’re doing!

He's writing from a place of pain, Mansion, Therapy Session, How Could You Leave Us, Paralyzed his sadness and hurt out front. He writes from a place of pain and if he lets go of that pain where does that leave his talent. Need to get rid of what's detrimental but it's hard to let go when the thing that hurtss you help you get to your dreams. If he didn't have the pain, would he still be able to write relatable verses. So much goes on in his music it's easy to miss things.

No Excuses is definitely one for the gym playlist! I love it when artists change the beat or tempo of a song because it’s like a little bonus.

I'm so proud of NF because after all the BULLCRAP he went through, he is still one of the realest folk out there. And I love it when people discovers/ listens to him the first time. I just want to meet NF and just give him a hug and just say THANK YOU and We are here for YOU. Thank you for voicing our LIVES and the crazy part is you dont need to meet him to relate to him. We LOVE you Nathan all the WAY. You've given a VOICE to do many of us and we appreciate you

I have always thought the same about his rapping rhythm being purposefully part of the instrumental. Nobody else has ever noticed that

When he said that the thing that hurt him help him get to his dreams he’s talking about his pain and fear you can really tell in songs like mansion, therapy session, intro 3, and how could you leave us

The only reactors I've seen mention the rhythm thing.. that NFs cadence almost works as a rhythm or instrument in the song. His song MISTAKE does this rhythm thing perfectly... I mean it's crazy!! And soooo looked-over. You guys should check it out!! 😁

I think, a lot of the times, we trade imagination for knowledge. As we learn more, we imagine less. Eventually, we put ourselves inside boxes because we cannot imagine the path outside of those boxes. What makes me disgusted is parents and adults that tell kids "You can be anything you want to be when you grow up." then those same people turn around and rip those dreams away as they near adulthood. "Artist? Singer? President? No, no. Try becoming an accountant or lawyer. It's safer." What happened to being anything they wanted to be? Why tell them that if you don't actually mean it? And yes, staccato is short(I remember because they both start with s) and detached notes. Legato is where they smoothly flow into one another(I remember this by using the L and pairing it with long or legs which are smooth).

I think the Search is about wanting to let go of the pain and be better but he is scared to let go as its what drives his music, and what that means for him if its not there
