For the progression of the playlist, I really think ‘Intro III’ is the best song to listen to after this. It’s a callback to this song and Fear. Great reaction! One of the most underrated things about NF (or at least not quite as talked about) is his main producer Tommee Profitt. Like 98% or 99% of NF's beats are produced by Profitt and I think without the soundscape that Profitt produces NF's lyrics wouldn't make quite the same impact. NF and Profitt are one of the best dynamic duos in rap imo. Those dudes are awesome.

In any area where your fight-or-flight response is active all the time, many of the mental health conditions that people wrestle with don't exist simply BECAUSE that fight-or-flight response is being utilized. That's why PTSD is characterized "post" trauma. While you are actually IN a situation, you are in survival mode. In the event you are never IN a traumatic or extreme situation (and I hope no one ever is), that response is never triggered or active, so all the little pressures of life can just build up & not all personalities or life experiences are equipped to handle them, resulting in depressive & anxiety disorders. New subscriber! And this is the longest post I think I've ever written. You guys are very impressive.

👏👏👏Alex and Allen are actually the best reactors on KZbin right now because they are authentic. Their reactions literally are like reviews especially when they are feeling a song. And they don’t care about the views like most reactors so there is no click bait scheme. They are genuine and funny when needed and thought provoking. You not wrong about the pet part man. They watch everything you do and they're always there when your down and out. Its like they're the only reliable ones around you and since youve had those issues with people in the past, you start to not trust anyone. And thats why losing a pet is devastating man. 6:00 This is actually an incredibly insightful take that I've never heard from other reactors to the song. Most of us have at some point in our lives, driven by a big, beautiful house, long driveway, maybe a gate at the entrance, etc. And thought "Damn, that's a beautiful house." But we have no idea what the inside is like. To take it a little further, people often see other people in a very similar light. Someone can be well-groomed, well mannered, and well-spoken. But you never know what they're like when they're at home.

It’s so hard to let someone all the way in because any information you give makes you vulnerable to that person using the information to hurt you. The fear in interpersonal relationships that you're talking about, it's a lot like nudity, but instead of on the physical level (external), it's metaphysical (internal). Nudity and exposure aren't just physical at all. We have outer beings - our bodies - but we also have inner beings. Exposure relates to both. And it's not just about exposure... You can't even really mention exposure without acknowledging what comes along with it: vulnerability. When you're completely exposed, there's maximum vulnerability. This is one of the main reasons why we hide. This is why we are separated from Truth. We are the Truth... We sing our cute little songs... "This little Light of mine... I'm gonna let it shine..." But we don't let it shine... We try to hide what we are, out of fear. Instead of showing our True faces to others, we show them our masks... and we just really, really hope they like our masks... because we work so hard on them... trying to give others an image of ourselves that we hope will facilitate us being granted the love and acceptance that we so desperately desire. But that love and acceptance isn't sourced externally. See, all the love and acceptance in the world won't mean anything if you don't feel it within yourself. All the love in the world won't mean anything if you don't even love yourself. And how can you ever love yourself if you won't even allow yourself to be yourself, in full exposure? Most people don't understand these things the way that I do; some do understand them, but most don't. The Absolute Truth is: It is what it is; I am what I am. Your opinion is insignificant, and ultimately, irrelevant and inconsequential. Your opinion changes absolutely nothing about me. I am Reality. I am Truth. I am Existence. I am.

He constantly lets people know they aren't alone in there thoughts even if you are physically. I personally feel like Joyner Lucas and Hopsin are who I think have a similar style to NF when I listen to there music story telling trying to open your mind and see things from a different perspective but still relatable no matter who you are. I know it may sound weird but I wish I could hear a collaboration between NF and Will Smith one time similar to what he did with Joyner.

How come Allen doesn’t really have an accent
@Amicy4 жыл бұрын
Alex here: I went to school in the French system in Haiti, spoke kreyol at home and would spend my summers in random states. The accent stems from the three languages and being around people indifferent parts of the country. Allen went to an English international school first which is why his accent is not as strong, spoke kreyol at home and every where else, started traveling the states as a baby.
