My question is that.....regular army officers do 9 months continous service and get 3 months leave (40 days twice a year) and also get paid during that leave..... If any T. A. Officer chooses to serve 9 months continously... Will they get paid during that rightfully earned month long leave.... Because technically they are not serving in said month.... Anyone having knowledge about this, please answer

However, my employer does not have a policy to allow employees join the Territorial Army. If selected for TA, I am ready to resign from my current employment and work with TA. Sir Territorial Army GD Bharti 5sal se nahi a rahi hai. Hamare Jaise Bharat ka bahut si Yuva hai jo ki sirf aur sirf Ta ki taiyari karti hai. Hamare pass TA ke alava aur koi option nahin hai. Intezar karte karte pura Tut chuka hun sir. lekin Ta official kuchh information nahin de raha hai ki bharti kab aaegi aur Sarkar se bhi kuchh nahin bataya ja raha hai. Aap aapki sources se kuchh pata lagane Ki koshish kijiye na sir please.

​@@SirNehruhey you Nehru's bhakt first of all there is no vote system for ram mandir and ram mandir already got established and there is no point to take out religious things here when someone asking about vacancies & recruiting program. And do you really think territorial army is inferior & not that vital organization hence govt not willing to conduct TA infantry bharti & pay them salaries? Seems that you don't know about importance of TA infantry, even COs in TA frustrated becoz of no approval given by govt for conducting rally in TA infantry. Even TA infantry COs want to get new jawans in units because TA infantry units facing so much deficiency of jawans since 2019. Reason is something else maybe agniveer & transfer issues in TA units that's why govt not want to conduct bharti in TA infantry as of now

What about Pension for Civil Government Employees working in Territorial Army as Officer as Army has Old Pension System and Civil Government employees are governed under National pension system. Also 20 years of combined service i.e Territorial Army and Civil Government is required to get pension please reply

If you are under 25 and already a TA officer, you can get into regular army through CDS and other regular entries which you are eligible. If you are out of your age limit to join the regular army then it's impossible to join or convert it into regular army. So if a person joins TA at the age of 28 as a lieutenant, he can convert it into permanent commission after 2 years of embodied service. But he has to wear that 'Territorial Army' patch on his shoulder.

To be more specific, can a TA officer convert into a Regular Army officer after serving for 2 years EVEN AFTER CROSSING THE AGE OF 23/25? I'm 27 and wish to join the Para SF through the TA route. And the info provided here in this video by the Maj Gen is indeed a little confusing.

@@adityagrover3049 can get permanent commission after 2-3 years based on the requirement and your performance. TA Officers serve long duration in Counter Insurgency Formations under RR & almost 60% of your career is spent in J&K only. Remaining 30% in North East & 10% in Other parts of the country. TA has specialised units called Home & Hearth Battalions which recruits surrendered militants in J&K & North East. So TA unit will be attached with RR or Special forces for particular mission and it's not permanent. So you cannot be the part of special forces for life time if you are a TA officer.
