The league is 71% Black. You gotta have people from different walks of life in that room because well call me crazy. Idk if Georgie, Bill or Ted knows anything about being a Black man. The Bears have been stuck in the 50’s and they need a shot in the arm and voices speaking that haven’t been speaking. Y’all want change. This is all a PR stunt to sell the public on this team and fall for the same old song they were sold before. If the Bears knew what they were doing they wouldn't need Polian to begin with. Now some new kid we never heard of before now, chose his own coach, whom he happens to share the same agent with, along with the OC? This team is a charade. The Bears always go the cheap route when they hire GM and HC. Then they're both learning on the job like the last 2 GMs and 2 of the 3 HCs. They only want to appear as if they want to win. They don't care about winning. They've more than 20 plus years to prove that and what does their record show? Folks need to wake up and know they will probably have one winning season (maybe 2) and then they'll coast all the way into the new stadium, and then everyone will be back here debating on what went wrong and who's at fault. Meanwhile George, Ted, and Virginia will be counting their money and giving these fake press conferences about wanting to win and beating their chest about having no regrets. All the while using the "Bears Media Mafia" to sell the deception. LOL!
