By the same logic you can ask Eberflus has been HC for THREE YEARS and they still keep him? The real problem is you can replace Eberflus with a fart and the situation would be better. There's no reason to wait for Eberflus to get better after THREE YEARS - he's getting worse, not learning, losing the team's respect, poor time management, poor replay review decisions, etc. There's nothing to lose this season to make Thomas Brown the interim HC.

It’s more to it than that. The guys have been saying there was no attention to detail in practice and it showed on the field. The biggest difference I noticed is he isn’t afraid to run between the tackles on the goal line like Waldron. That cost two games, more if you consider the impact of the Washington loss.

I'm tired of the Nagy's (granted he had a winning record, but he was a horrible playcaller) and Eberflus's (who finds ways to lose). Bears need a young, offensive-minded Head Coach with experience. No more bargain bin coaches, no more first time Head Coaches. Bears fans deserve better.

Here's My Wish/Christmas List for Chicago HCs! 1. Ben Johnson 2. Brian Daboll. If Giants fire him! 3. Kliff Kingsbury 4. I'd look into Tom Brady and see if he wanted to chance it. He ran the Patriots lol. If they go the College Route? 1. Lincoln Riley 2. Dabo Sweeney 3. Ryan Day. IMO? Everything would be on the table and for them to keep Eberflus is why i don't trust Poles! He has not built a top tier Offense line. But manages to build a top tier Defense, like his predecessors? This Organization be giving the keys to the wrong ppl and letting them make goofball decisions. Poles should be on the hotseat right along with Eberlose! This guy is on his 3rd OC and Poles the main culprit in this WHOLE MESS. All that talk about building a contender and taking the North, and blah blah! Would make sense to Promote Brown NOW as interim HC and get eberLOSE out of here. Last week's loss is on eberLOSE, end of story. He didn't try for more yards, let alone get the ball on the hash mark Santos prefers to kick from. Promoting Brown for the rest of the season gives us a snapshot of what that would look like. I like Ben Johnson and he doesn't have any HC experience. McASSkey's are a joke so I'm sure they'll make the wrong move either way.
