You gotta figure an offensive tackle's job's is pretty boring and thankless most of the time. All he does is play human bulldozer against a guy as big as he is. If he does well, everybody congratulates the QB. If he does shitty, the QB does shitty (and everybody blames the linemen). On rare occasion you might hear in a telecast an announcement on the PA that X is an eligible receiver for a play; that gives the defence warning. What they DO with that information is their own problem.
