NFL Primetime was MUST watch growing up, we didn't have the Sunday Ticket, I'll always cherish those Sundays Nights watching it with my Dad b4 then SNF on ESPN

Awesome video. Some of my favorite memories as a kid watching this with my dad. this should have 464k views. Amazing job on the retrospective. Thank you. And to add another memory: the Browns are my favorite teams. But I'm born and raised in Florida so 90% I would wait eagerly like an episode of Game of Thrones to cat the highlights on NFL Primetime, win or lose.

The only player I know that hated his nickname from Berman was Chargers RB Natrone Means. Berman's first nickname for him was Natrone "Refried" Means. After he stated his dislike of the name, a week later Berman nicknamed him Natrone Means "Business". 😆

If I was ESPN, I would have put NFL Primetime on Tuesday afternoon, right before SportsCenter during the regular season to get in all the games, including games from Thursday-Monday. In the playoffs, in the wild card round, put Primetime on Tuesday afternoon with all the weekend games including Monday's on MLK Day; in the divisional and championship rounds, put Primetime on Monday afternoon before SportsCenter with the weekend highlights and in the day after the Super Bowl, provide the Super Bowl highlights and the top #25 games of the year including the regular season and postseason.

Allot of these shows tend to be defined by the chemistry between the hosts, and they definitely had it. It's a shame that it was taken off the air so prematurely.

Not sure the song. I'm sure it was just copyright free background music I found on KZbin. I do remember looping a certain part of the song over and over again, so what you're listening to in the video isn't the actual song in it's entirety.

Loved watching NFL Primetime and would literally fall asleep while watching it, then watch it again in the morning before going to work. Too bad ESPN went wo....I mean changed their format. Cannot stand ESPN anymore. Chris Berman & Tom Jackson were the greatest!!
