Deceptively fast. Saw it at LSU. So many defenders take angles on him and miss/miscalculate his speed. His stride doesn't look high RPM's but his length of steps is what confuses people.

Commanders fan - I am very happy that the young qb and the rest of the squad got this first win, hopefully it’ll be a huge confidence booster for the near future and rest of the year… However this was so frustrating to watch because we had BIG TIME plays in this game taking the top middle and sides off of the defense but the fact that they couldn’t punch it in just once is troubling… our backfield looking SWEET with Brob and Eckler and it’s nice to have a qb whom can run too BUT he looks to run so often I wonder if he’s even keeping his eyes downfield - his runs are paramount in helping us get down the field but a drive killer in the red zone, we need better play calling inside the 10-20
