I don't think, you should give up on the guy, the Jets offensive line, was horrible this last season, no wonder Aaron got hurt in the first four plays, he didn't have a great year, but he showed growth and maturity!

Longtime Jets fan here: given how poorly the Jets have been run, I think it’s plausible that he could be a serious QB with good coaching. Not certain, but plausible.

Also a long time Jets fan: I agree. He shows glimpses of that play making ability and he was stuck with possibly the worst Oline and offensive coordinator combination in the NFL. Definitely not saying he’s good but I wish him well. We didn’t do him any favors and the kid battled and gave it all he had

Usually, even in the worst of circumstances, players who end up being good show us SOMETHING, a flash in some games or series of plays that show what they could be. Wilson hasn’t ever shown flashes of being great, or even good. But he deserves a better opportunity than he got.

@@tonydejesus2134 you clearly haven't watch the games then. On that houstan game he had 302 yards, 2 td, and made some throws that most qb's cant make. And the only real difference between that and the other games is 1, his receivers didn't drop the ball, 2, his lineman blocked decent at best but still better than the shit he had all year, and finally 3, They could actually build momentum bc they didn't draw a penalty every big play like they usually do.

Zach Wilson was undraftable, he cannot handle NFL pressure, he cannot process fast enough, and he can't hit the entire route tree. In 3 years of football he has one single schemed TD over 13 airyards from the line of scrimmage. This is the worst in football HISTORY. His only schemed TD came on his pro day throw to Conklin. Go rewatch his college highlights and find all the in stride passes over 30 yards , that aren't thrown at his maximum distance. Go find his layered throws over a line backer in front of a safety to a moving target. He isnt a NFL QB.
