Hey Robb, awesome channel man. I’m a 16 year old drummer and do covers on KZbin. To celebrate Rust In Peace’s 30th anniversary I was part of a full album cover. Megadeth will be part of metal history for centuries. 🤘🤘

Loved hearing about the parental struggles with your 16 year old. My 16 year old is pretty much identical to yours...gaming, swearing, isn’t interested in driving, quick meals with the family....he does play drums and is pretty good for a relative beginner with no lessons..picked up double bass like a champ...loves metal...I’m very proud. Much love from down the road in Santa Clara! 🤘🏻

Great interview! I really like Dave's storytelling. I don't blame Kirk for the solo's, i mean what was he supposed to do in fuckin one week writte em all? It was even hard to learn all the songs and then to rewritte all the solos, come on. He did a great job, it's even better that there are "Dave's" solos still there.

Very few bass players go 'full out' with a pick but he does and he has done it to perfection. If you want to check out another metal band that is on point with the bassist check DRIs 'definition'. Bass guitar is crucial to music yet too many bands never achieve that magic mix where all the band members are BOSS MODE. Usually bands rely on vocals, guitars or drums which is entirely cool but as I said when ALL instruments are 'present' that's when things can get 'next level'.
