Majority of these cars simply does look better stock. Especially Ronnie's DB9 without that stupid green and yellow livery. Also, it's nonsense how these guys are pursued by police everywhere for transit infractions, but drives around with shiny colourful cars, so every cop can know that someone's car belongs to a blacklist member.

In defense of how Rockport racing scene works, since mid-game to end-game most (If not) NPC rivals also tune/rice their cars, and often it’s no surprise to see another Yellow DB9, Gray RX8, Blue Evo XIII, etc around the streets. And police members are a bit dumb since they just report their base/main color anyway so.... They could be easily confused
