The 2 longest endurance sprint track in Need For Speed Unbound for A+ Class, Colossus & Road Trippin'. Colossus is probably the longest track in the game taking around 6 minutes to complete while Road Trippin' takes around 5 minutes.
Featuring the Lamborghini Diablo SV & Ferrari F40 downgraded to A+ Class. One of them is currently the fastest A+ Class car for PvP.

So what’s the deal with gimmicky ass builds like that, I’m assuming the car is just retaining most of its crazy acceleration so it’s just able to compensate for having a neutered top speed by just out accelerating anything that would “normally” be in said class/tier?

@@ZephyrusBlue exactly that. If you rush to 62 mph in 2.5 seconds compared to 4 and reach your top speed a lot quicker, you have a massive advantage. This is why the Ferrari Pista in B class is such a huge problem. Sure, you can have legit B class cars that's have a higher top speed than the, as you so aptly called it, neutered car, but on B and A races it's nigh impossible to make use of that higher top speed as the tracks aren't long enough.

Yep, I run a 4 speed in my Diablo for S class so it keeps its original top speed but more power to the wheels.

Can you make the traffic bigger? My biggest problem with this game is that the only thing that stops you is concrete walls, you go through almost anything wtf. It could have been a descent game with harder ai from cops and more obstacles. They went full Forza with this one. I'll stick with rivals and below. Edit: This looks more like Horizon chase turbo on steroids.
