Had the pleasure of riding a 2014 F3 back-to-back with my 2013 Tuono V4R APRC. Felt like getting on a 150 bhp 250. It's tiny, flickable, and makes wonderful noises. Seriously thought of trading my Aprilia in on it, but the Aprilia's better developed FBW systems and APRC plus the extra 25 bhp grunt and instant response made me keep it. Still, this is a GREAT little bike!

I have a 2007 Brutale 910R. I saw a picture of Brad Pitt on one in People magazine. It wasn't Brad that convinced me I had to have one. The Brutale was the most gorgeous bike I had ever seen. I have 48,000 miles on the odometer and I still occasionally sit in my garage and admire its beauty. It took a week or so to get used to its raw nature. At first, I thought it was a little unpredictable. But later realized it's totally predictable. I'd just gotten used to fighting with every other bike to get them to do what I want. The MV Agusta flicks from one lean to the other with no effort. It's almost impossible not to wheelie on acceleration. This makes it incredibly maneuverable in city traffic and a total blast to ride. Although, not at all comfortable on long rides. It has had a few things go wrong, the exact common issues everyone has warned of on the discussion forums. But overall, I'm very impressed by its reliability. I don't baby it. I ride it harder than any bike I've ever owned because it begs for it.

Now I understand why the MVs cost so much more. Not only the design, quality and small numbers when compared to the big boys, but everything is outsourced which results in double work - packing pieces, packing materials, unpacking pieces, transport + sub contractor's profit - all adding to the sale price. Has to be a tough act to pull off, make a profit, remain competitive with the other brands and stay in business.

MV Agusta. What can I say? This is one of the most exciting motor cycle ever built. It is exciting. It handles and it stops. You feel one with the machine. That is when it wants to run. Owning a MV Agusta is like being married to a whore. It is like being married to a prostitude. You star up your motor cycle and off you go. You are now out on the beautiful winding roads of the country side. You will do fifty kilometres and you will have not problems. You go sixty, seventy kilometres maybe eighty kilometres and it will started being unfaithful. It will start to misbehave and it will finally stop. This is the story of our MV F4 Brutale that we purchased new for A$30,000.00. The factory has charged us thousands of dollars over the years without even knowing what they were doing so as to repair the machine. We should have been given a new motorcycle. We still have the machine. What is it good for? It may be useful as a boat anchor. We purchased a Triumph Street Triple that we still enjoy. Never once has it misbehaved. We also purchased a new Triumph Bonneville T100 Black January 4, 2018 that I have been touring on (18500 kilometres) and the motorcycle has not complained once. With the back up and the acceptance of their responsibility to the purchaser no company will survive. The company has no integrity. I rest my case.

Don't buy an MV Agusta, my bike is just over a year old and has currently had 44 faults, including 3x break failures and 2x oil leaks. The bike is dangerous the computer turns safety features on and off randomly. The after sales support is not much help either, they have made insane claims such as "I have crashed the bike" and "I delebratly used a mechanics computer to make the computer faulty" and I have had to pay over $1000 to have the bike independently assessed to prove these claims as bullshit. They refuse to replace or refund the bike.

He wastes money on luxury, his wife wastes money on luxury, his daughter wastes money on shopping, his son wants to buy an expensive bike. I feel sorry for the people working there with passion because they get a basic salary in the name of passion while their master has no regard for economy. Their master is watching every penny very closely and is far more aware of the business side of things than his father. Who cares if he like the finer things in life, no point having money if you can't enjoy it. If you don't like paying top dollar for high end exclusive hand built bike then don't buy one.

Yes, the "gli" in Italian is pronounced like "lyee" in English and the name has four syllables (not five) with the accents on the first and penultimate syllables. He also mispronounced Goggi's name giving the last syllable a hard g. You'd think they'd give these commentators a crash course in Italian phonetics but they never do. Resign yourself to it.
