Here we are cooking 4 kg of duck meat but I'll give the steps of cooking 1kg of duck meat.
1kg of duck meat
50ml of oil
2 onions
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
Fresh oo morok (desired amount)
Potato (optional)
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 packet of spices
Salt (desired amount)
Sawtooth coriander
Steps:
1. Heat up the oil in a pan and when its ready add onion, 1 packet of spices, ginger, garlic, some salt and fresh chillies and fry till the onion turn golden brown
2. Add the meat fry and cover the lit
3. When the meat sweats add some more spices and let it simmer
4. After sometime and the turmeric powder and chili powder and fry.
5. Fry till the gravy become sticky (add potatoes) and add water
6. Let it boil till the potatoes cooked and add sawtooth coriander and its ready to serve.
