I can’t wait for this. My family also came as refugees during the Vietnam War. My grandfather was a Lt. Colonel in the South Vietnamese Air Force and came to to the US to work at King Soopers for 10 years to support my mom, uncle and grandmother before getting back on his feet.

Trung, US Army Veteran here as well. Just wanted to ask you a couple things since I don't use Instagram. First, are you married and/or have kids? Second, what advice can you give a busy married dad of three little ones for getting back into shape? I've been out for about 5 years, only 30 years old but I've got that DD214 body now. Gained about 50+lbs since getting out of the Army.

Hey brother, honor graduate from my college, also former Army here.. worked 10 years in tech/finance. Also Vietnamese! My family fled the same war as you did :) trying to join the police but I have some issue that I am trying to figure out. Would like to DM you for your opinion if possible.
