The new franchise mode menu screen looks so good it reminds me of Madden 23 Fransiche Mode I'm loving the No Movement Clause Additions and More Elite potential prospects for the draft The only thing I mainly I'll want for the CHEL Games is a Winter Classic mode, Skills Competition mode, More Create a Team logos and jersey styles, Longer Presentations, On Ice Scrums, and 3 Stars Shoutout like the thing on NHL 11

This all sounds F'ing amazing. I hope scouting gets changed too, its way too tedious. And i gotta say, nobody is sad for the NHL youtubers. These are changes FM needed for years, if it slows down your ability to put out videos, i could not care less.

Scouting is the same from what I saw. Also I still think a lot of people will turn this feature off, but I hope not

I think it will be cool for the first few times but then end up being cumbersome and too RNG (the rest is decent as long as it works correctly). I can't see them allowing you to turn this part off, seeing they spent so much time working on it. They will want to force it on players like they did the pressure system (by making it stay on and removing the flip out to make sure it is utilized) and the goal celebration last year.

I understand what you are talking about with the conversations slowing things down, but I think it potentially is going to make the smaller decisions feel a bit more meaningful rather than just being min maxed how do I get through this asap, and gives you more control over the minutia of the team, which I am excited for. If they do it right that is, which is always the question with EA

You don’t have to enter conversation to sign a player plus it shouldn’t get to tedious because if you’re being realistic you should only be signing a couple players per offseason and the conversation is only necessary for players who aren’t interested in your team.

You have to do a conversation to lock players into positions on the team. I think that is a very poor implementation
