Lot of Kings fans hate Vegas, but I love their game and especialy the whole team skating, when they decide to bring it on. Oilers defense is horrible. Once you take care of their two stars, the entire team becomes very average.

Blaming the refs for everything takes away from what really needs to happen, and that’s addressing the issues the PLAYERS are having. Powerplays are not guaranteed, and if you cannot win without them… You have a problem. You must also be able to dominate when you and your opponent are at even strength. Anything less will cause you to struggle when you have a formidable opponent that knows how to avoid the naughty box.

Can't quite decide what is worse here, the Vegas fans thinking that beating a junior A goalie requires skill or the Oilers fans complaining about their teams "consistency". In case either of you have forgotten, neither team has any business being in the playoffs, both are over classed, under skilled jokes with gaping holes in their lineups. At least Vegas fans are obtuse enough to not know better, the ones in Edmonton are truly beyond redemption.

Vegas looks solid, but oilers have been explosive at times, Vegas is backchecking hard, making good decisions in their D zone, and staying out of the penalty box where the oilers have been deadly.

Most of the goals were just highlight reel gems, what a beauty. The Martinez charging the goalie? What, like there has to be allowed just a little contact.

The issue was that after his unsuccessful scoring chance his contact prevented the goaltender from making the second save. No penalty, incidental contact, no goal, correct call. He didn’t run the goalie, but he also was not pushed in.
