Halak stood tall for the 'nucks, as the goalies really have been holding up the fort these days. The Canucks defense seemed porous at times...

Those mid slot chances are tough to defend and the Hawks only had one with Debrincat who didnt have alot of time. Strome chance was just pure skill but no finish. The hawks goal there every Canucks player was covering someone except Murphy on the side boards. Halak should have had that one.

It is so hard being a Blackhawks fan these last few years; they have sucked before but this is by far the most frustrating, lack luster, unmotivated, mentally defeated team they have ever had; and then anytime they show some sign of life for a few games they then turn around right back into a slump. I hope the Panthers win it this year.

@@PhoenixRed96 Yup; mentally defeated. Another word I say is they are pre-Madonna's. they have a loaded amount of talent and when they are playing well their confidence is through the roof. When things start not going their way; they fall apart so fast it is embarrassing to watch. Like for example the game they just had against the Wild. What a joke this team is and that is inexcusable given the sheer amount of talent they have. the word frustrating doesn't seem sufficient.

@@philipkeeler9997 what you say is true of the organization; but I don't necessarily hold that against the team actually playing on the ice. from an organization standpoint more head definitely should roll for what they failed to do; and you can even make an argument the franchise as a whole deserves to be liquidated.

Same here. Never forget how he single handedly stops pens and caps. Also awesome perfomance on inernatonal tournaments. Jaro's golden age. Sadly questionable goals after couple good saves like in game vs Chicago is a thing that pushes him from top tier. He isnt very lucky. But stll love him.
